Due to the cancellation of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Turkey, we at the Caucasus Forum have decided to postpone our protest and press release until a later date. The event was to have taken place on October 14 at 1:00pm local time in front of the Russian Federation Consulate General in Istanbul.
